You should possess a degree in Civil engineering with 20 –25 years of experience in construction of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects including services. Should have a techno – commercial background, project planning and supply chain management. Ability to liaise with client organization, design consultant, contractors, suppliers and the construction industry is a must.

Degree in Civil Engineering with 15 –20 of experience, preferably in consulting, engineering organization with design background & direct exposure to project monitoring with a lead role in multi – disciplinary projects. Should have capability to monitor all projects in hand in respect of quality and quantity with in the time frame work for each of the project. Command on English language in written, conversation and debate is a must.

He should preferably be a Graduate Civil Engineer having 10 -15 years experience or Diploma Civil Engineer having 15 – 20 year experience in Construction of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects including services. He should be self –starter and should possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. He should having handled atleast 3 projects of value Rs. 5 crore each during last 5 – 10 years. He should be a good team leader and capable to handle independently projects of large magnitude.

He should preferably be a graduate Civil Engineer having 4 –8 years experience or Diploma Civil Engineer having 8 – 12 year experience in Construction of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects including services He should be able to deal work independently with the sub- contractors and supervise their activities. He should be well acquainted with preparation of bills for submission to client and for its verification. Exposure to supervision of operation and maintenance of construction equipments will be an added advantage.

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 6 –8 years experience in taking measurements and recording in measurement books /sheets for construction works and services. Meticulous study of project drawings, preparation and monitoring of bar bending schedules, preparation of bids and terms – conditions thereof , estimation costing, valuation of lump sum jobs, capability of generating substitute and additional items & finalization of extra items rates is desirable. Exposure to handle contractual correspondence will be an added advantage.

Degree in Civil Engineering with 3-5 year experience / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 6 –8 years of experience in construction industry. Should be able to take and record measurements along with client and sub- contractor, representatives, prepare bills, and other documents. Meticulous supervision of works as per drawings and specification is a must.

Degree/Diploma in electrical engineering with 5-10 yrs. of knowledge of Designing/Installation of electrical substations, External & Internal electrification.

Diploma in carpentry trade from 'ITI' with 10- 15 years working experience in production of loose furniture. Capable of handling a group of technicians and workmen on semi- automatic machines in fabrication workshop for company engaged in. He should be well acquainted with all type of polishing and painting to furniture. Ability to optimize production at minimum cost will be an added advantage.

Minimum High School pass with 5 –15 years working experience in construction organization of repute. He should be capable of planning & handling manpower, materials and machinery for works under his control for optimization of output. Capability to maintain correct record of manpower and preparation of muster-rolls is a must Exposure for giving and marking layout of building components like walls, columns, staircases, openings in walls etc. will be an added advantage. ITI qualified will be preferred.

Minimum High School pass with 5 –15 years working experience in construction organization of repute. Capability to maintain correct record of materials, machinery, T & P received / issued/ returned is a must. Maintenance of daily consumption registers of materials, distribution of manpower and preparation of muster-rolls is desirable. Commerce Graduate will be preferred

He should have 5 –15 years working experience in construction organization of repute in operation and maintenance of cement concrete machinery viz concrete mixing machine, vibrators, pumps generating sets etc. normally deployed at construction sites of magnitude.
